    Description

    This is an original as found vintage western saddle bag. This was found in Cheyanne, Wyoming this summer while on a buying trip. This is all dark brown leather with the smooth side out. It is very oily and waxy and has been in very long term storage. This was mixed in with the estate of a woman who passed in the 40's. Yes it has been in storage that long.  It is still very flexible and not dry rotted. Again it is very waxy and oily. It is very plain and primitive. No fancy stampings or hardware on this item. In fact there are no stampings at all. This is a great piece of Americana western work gear.
