HERE WE HAVE
: A vintage bow light from a Chris-Craft boat! This was removed from a Chris-Craft boat along with a few other parts we have in our store. There's a photo shown of the hull number plaque from that boat for reference (this plate is not included with the sale!).
The light is chromed metal (not magnetic) with a bit of an art deco look to it. Green lens is definitely plastic, red lens is heavier and sounds more like glass but might also be plastic?
No noted maker's marks, just a few numbers inside.
CONDITION:
Being sold as is, for restoration! The post on it has chipped and disintegrated away on one side. The chrome has lots of pitting, tarnish, and discoloration all around. The lenses have sort of clouded over with age. Front fin is a bit crooked. Comes exactly as shown, please view photos!
MEASUREMENTS:
Whole piece is approximately 3 1/4" wide, 5 1/2" front-to-back, and 1 1/2" tall (excluding the post) at furthest points.
