Early 1980’s Tuffy Jac Texarkana, Texas winter police jacket. This is a patrolman’s jacket used by Texarkana Texas Police Department. Roughly a size medium. Great condition with exception of missing bottom button covering the zipper. I have a police windbreaker also available in my listings, if interested.
