This item can be returned for any reason under the following conditions:
1. All returns must be approved beforehand. It is highly recommended that insurance is purchased if returning an item as I cannot be held responsible for damage/loss in return shipment
2. If the item is faulty (and not subject to damage, abuse or misuse), you will receive a full refund and I will reimburse you for the return shipping charges. In most instances, I will send you a return shipping label. All items must be returned. So, if there is a user manual, cable, batteries or whatever included in the box, these must be returned in order to receive credit. If you have lost something, let me know and I'll try and work something out
3. If the item is new and the packaging opened, the item generally cannot be returned (unless defective - see 2 above). Please contact me and see what can be worked out. This only applies to those items listed as "New"
4. If you have simply changed your mind, you can still return the item (see 3 above) but I will not issue credit for the shipping or pay for the return shipping charges
5. Any items returned and identified as not as described that are found to fully meet the description in the listing will be subject to a 15% restocking charge and outbound and return shipping will not be refunded (see 4 above)
6. In the event of making a claim for shipping damage, all packaging materials must be retained for inspection by the shipping company otherwise no claims for damage can be accepted
7. All items returned are subject to re-test and or inspection upon receipt. Those items returned as faulty and are tested good or items returned in a condition not as-shipped are subject to the return being refused or a restocking charge commensurate with the cost required to return the item to as-shipped
