For Sale Today:
A gorgeously detailed large charger bowl, featuring a perimeter of trees, some with insects inside of them, all centered around a medallion featuring two peaches and a bat.
No mark on base, but there is a patch of loss of finish where there may have once been a mark - only trace amounts of a possibly unrelated red pigment remain on the base.
This piece is quite detailed and probably dates to the late 19th through early 20th century. Late Qing through Republic period. Circa 1850-1930.

Very good condition with no detectable repairs. Some loss of gilt and paint. Rough patch on bottom of foot-ring, appearing as a significant loss of finish. Exhibits signs of age such as surface wear and weathering. As they are part of the description, please enlarge all photographs to better ascertain details and condition.
