The clues are symbols & letters to help decode the message.

The item is brand new!
The outer wrapping of the capsule has been opened. But I tape it back together in the original order like it was before unwrapping.  The zipper has already been pulled, and some of the outer layers are a bit tattered, but I do my best to make it look good. The inside of the big sister container still has all original and unwrapped packages.
If any bags were unwrapped, I have reseled them.
The doll in series 4, the under wraps, eye spy series, comes in a disguise mold,  not in a bag or package. To show what Kawaii Queen looks like, I have included pictures of the doll from my own collection.
Slight color variations may occur due to the manufacturing process or monitor preferences.

Makes a great present! These dolls are the real deal, and children can always tell. Don't leave your child or grandchild disappointed when the whole point of getting something they like is to see them happy. Make both of you feel good when their eyes light up with joy.
Also, there may or may not be some flaws here or there on the doll due to manufacturer errors; This happens occasionally with all the L.O.L. Dolls. I do not personally inspect each doll I send out; I'm not a quality inspector for MGA, so I have no idea if the doll you receive might have one of these errors. An example being, glitter might have come loose and is on the face, or there might be a slight paint error along the edges; or with the underwraps series, there's the possibility that the outerwrap color may have transferred onto the doll somehow.
No returns - (unless Ebay grants a refund, & or money is deducted out of my account, which may or may not be credited back into your account.)
