(8 May 1903 – 26 February 1971), better known as
Fernandel
, was a French actor and singer.
Kamberra is a
virtual (fantasy)
monarchy located in the Pacific Ocean.  It was created by renown French graphic artist Mr. Frank Medina on 24th August 1988
.  All banknotes are designed and crafted by Mr. Medina himself and are copyright protected.  Each banknote has its own unique serial number.  All banknotes are limited issues and are retired after a brief period of issue.
Each banknote has UV sensitive security strip.  It has embossed seal of Kamberra, there are several lines of microprint in the front that can only bee seen under magnification, plus ormon rings.  Number 2 (the value of the banknote) appears in 6 different places (see if you can find it).
While the back of the note appears to be dull green, it actually has words DON CAMILLO, FERNANDEL encripted in large letters in to  the background.  Although letters are about 1 cm tall they can only been seen with the proper magnification.  Don Camillo is the most famous personage played by Fernandel.
Full original colors, no pinholes, no folds, no creases, no papersplits.
