EXTREMELY RARE Jerry Garcia Memorial Eyewitness Medal by Franklin Mint

I have an EXTREMELY RARE Jerry Garcia (grateful dead) commemorative medal. There were only a few made before it got pulled. it is in a plastic collector's case. On the front of the coin is Jerry, doing what he did best, playing his guitar. Printed on the medal holder it says "THE JERRY GARCIA COMMEMORATIVE EYEWITNESS MEDAL" on the back of the coin/medal it says  FARE THE WELL, surrounded by Jerry Garcia 1942-1995 with two roses. Imprinted on the holder it says "SOLID STERLING SILVER LIMITED EDITION MINTED BY THE FRANKLIN MINT". Also on the edge of the coin/medal you will find some makers marks, the first one is a c with a circle around it, the second mark is a mystery so if you know what it means let me know. the third is 95 with a square around it, i believe signifying the year it was made, and the last mark is a P with a square around it. The medal itself is about 1 1/2 inches in diameter, bigger than a coin.
This coin has never been out of the plastic case.  It is in perfect condition !
I have only seen 2 sold in the last 20 years.    You will have a seriously hard time finding info on it, that's how rare it is!
I must part with it due to financial reasons - but my loss is your gain!
